Clifton W. Clements, PLS
Clifton Clements is a small town Virginia
native. Upon graduation from high school he enrolled at East Tennessee State University to pursue his career in Land Surveying.
While in school he worked for a local surveyor in Johnson City, Tennessee. He graduated from E.T.S.U. with a Bachelor of Science
Degree with a major in Survey and Mapping Science. He immediately moved to Charleston, fell in love with the lowcountry and
the opportunities it offered. He now happily resides in West Ashley with his wife, Melissa and son, Kohl.
His career in Charleston began with a local Engineering and Surveying company. He worked
his way up the ranks and became licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor through ETSU's Surveying and Mapping Program. He has since gained years of experience
managing the Land Surveying departments within local Engineering companies. He is now the founder and President
of Foresight Surveying, and is proud to offer unique value
in Professional Surveying Services to his clients.
President of Foresight Surveying, the company has grown from its beginning as a one man operation with a
home based office in 2009 to running multiple field crews with office staff that bring decades of experience.
Clifton Clements takes pride in providing Professional Land Surveying Services, with the project experience
and educational background that can typically only be offered by large firms, while maintaining the
personal service and fair fees associated with a local small business.
Whether you are an Engineer, Architect, Contractor, Developer,
